Question : Problem: Audio Video Driver Problem

I have a Packard Bell Imedia PC....It came with Home Edition....But Now I have upgtaded to WinXp Pro....
Now..When the PC boots...It shows found New hardware.... Video Controller (VGA COMPATIBLE), Multimedia audio Controller..........But cant install drivers...................
I have tried Packard Bell Support...And many buy doesnt work
I am not able to get any sound....
Please help...
