Anyone know if it's possible to use softphones in a citrix environment?

Answer : Problem: Citrix and softphones

It is supported with the Citrix Access Gateway as discussed here:

theoretically it is supported with Presentation Server as well as long as you are using a recent ICA client that supports client to server audio and server to client audio.  The only issue you will have there (and may have to test to see if it works with your system) is to use dynamic IP addresses for each session with your sip softphone.
