Question : Problem: Can't print using Apple Airport router with XP machines

Hello, I recently purchased an IMAC and Airport Extreme router.  In addition to the IMAC, I have 3 other Windows XP computers connected to it.  I have also added an HP3180 printer to the Airport router.  I have no problem printing wireless from the IMAC, however, I can't get my XP machines to connect.  The IP address assigned to the printer is 10.0.1.1 but nothing happens?  Do I need a special kind of driver?
