Question : Problem: need help removing spyware

Have ran spybot and malware bytes several time in safemode and still have these items showing up.  I did shut off restore and unplugged after the removal of items was complete to empty anything that may be in Memory.  Here is the list that spybot keeps finding.
Malware.Trace
Trojan.Agent
Adware.PopCap
Trojan.vundo
Trojan.Downloader which is probably the problem
Disabled Security Center.
Also is RegCure an okay program or should I remove it?

The easiest way would be to run combofix. It seems to just about fix everything for me.
