Question : Problem: Printer HP2015n

We have just bought a 2015 and are finding that for some documents we have to press the green button to get the page/pages to print. The warning light flashes orange when the document has not been printed. I am using the printer as a local printer connected via USB.

There appears to be no pattern to which program we are printing from nor the size of the document.

Any ideas as to what is causing this problem and the solution?

Can you confirm if it is both the warning light flashing and the light next to the Go button on?
