Question : Problem: Pinnacle Capture Device and green screen

I recently pruchased a Pinnacle Studio Capture called the 710.
Whenever i go to capture video most of my preview capture screen is covered wtih a green block.
I can get around this by saving it at a really low resolution but then that is what I get.  Really low resolution.

Nothing worked. I am hopeful that when the first SP comes out it helps.
