Question : Problem: Unable to boot computer

After installing Roxio CD Creator 10 on a healthy system I attempted to reboot and received the followig error message:
NTLDR is missing - press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart - which just contnues to recycyle. Please help me solve this problem.
