Question : Problem: Lifetec scanner installation

LIFETEC UBS 2.O COLOUR FLATBED SCANNER  MD 41260

Tried to install many times on W2K. Doesn't come up in the Scanners window and gives a twain error message each time I try to scan or copy a document.

Could the fact that it's USB 2 have anything to do with it?

I can't identify the .inf file on the CD and so far a search for drivers hasn't produced any results.

Answer : Problem: Lifetec scanner installation

The fact that it's USB2 should not cause anything like this. Any USB2 device can work on a USB1(.1) bus.
What TWAIN error do you get?
