Question : Problem: PXE Ghosting.
I am trying to PXE boot into a ghost session for a Dell D630. It wouldn't work with Ghost 8.0 and I found where it was a known issue and that upgrading the version will fix the issue. I've bought the Ghost Enterprise Suite 2.0 which has the 11.0 server in it. After a lot of issues I finally recreated the PXE files with the PXE drivers from the Boot Wizard in 11.0. Now it boots transfers the PXE file and stalls at starting PC-DOS. Can anyone assist me with this? Thanks
Edit -- Also, I'm using the 3Com boot services to create my PXE file. Thanks
Answer : Problem: PXE Ghosting.
Out of my area, but many pc's won't boot to PC-DOS even from a floppy or CD. In Ghost 2003 when building boot disks you have the option of using MS-DOS. Have you tried booting the pc directly with the ghost disk?
