Question : Problem: Ctrl-M doesn't get me into the RAID Configuration tool. What do I do?
A client's PE 2600 took some sort of hit yesterday. Now it won't boot. Two of the three drives are flashing orange. I know something's wrong with the RAID, but at the moment I can't even seem to check it. When the machine boots, I get the prompt from the PERC 4/Di controller that says I should press Ctrl-M for the Configuration Utilitiy. But when I press it, even several times, nothing happens. It just times out, and eventually continues on trying to boot - which, of course, it can't do.
Anyone have any thoughts on why the Config Utility won't even come up?

The problem was just that the RAID controller was bad. There was no way to recover this for the client, who was pretty pissed off. They also hadn't been backing things up the way they should have been, so the data was simply gone.
