Question : Problem: Setup RT31P2 and UT-300R2U network connection for internet access

I have a PC with internet connection through DataOne ADSL Modem (using USB connection on modem to my 1st PC).

I want to setup LinkSys Broadband Router RT31P2 using the same internet connection coming through the modem.
I can get Local access only and could not get to Internet access through my 2nd PC.   OS is Windows XP
Please help me out.

The one i was using includes both LAN connection and USB connection. Tried the possiblities and it worked.
