Is it at all possible to write an ini file or such so that when i plug my pen drive into any pc it will always be assigned the drive letter B: ?

You should out it at the top of the batch file

You would then change the rest of it to read

copy %USBDRIVE%drivers c:\"documents and settings"\%username%\Desktop\Drivers

That should work fine.
