Question : Problem: User can not connect to VPN. Reason 414.

User can not connect to VPN. Reason 414: Failed to establish a TCP. I thought it was just wireless but when she connect to her home network the same error occurs. I disable the firewall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the vpn client 5.0.03.0560.

I had her laptop in the office last week and the same error occured on our public wireless. On the DMZ connection the error did not occur.

Any suggestions?

Answer : Problem: User can not connect to VPN. Reason 414.

I changed the vpn config from ipsec over TCP to IPSec over UDP. This fixed the issue.
