Question : Problem: Active Sync Not Able To Sync Files No Files Option

Hi , i am using active sync 4.5 on xp pc to sync with a smart phone version 6. I have installed active sync 4.5 and when a partnership is created i do not have the option to sync files. A my mobile folder is not being created eithier on the pc. I have tried deleting the partnership and reinstalling active sync to no avalil. Help

I reinstalled the laptop in question  and reinstalled active sync , this fixed the problem , before i had done this i tried actvie sync on another laptop with the said phone and it worked ok . cheers
