Question : Problem: ADSL USB Modem to Ethernet

I have switched my broadband provider to BT, and they sent me a modem with USB connection only. However, my wireless router only accepts an ethernet input connection. Is there any way of connecting these two devices together ? - I am not aware of any ADSL USB to Ethernet cable converters, - do I need to buy a ADSL ethernet compliant modem, or more likely a combined ADSL ethernet "and" modem package ?

Thanks

Alistair

Answer : Problem: ADSL USB Modem to Ethernet

no need to by new hardware
all u need is to connect the usb modem to a PC that is connected to the router
then from windows enable "Internet Connection Sharing"

the only disadvantage is that you'll have to keep that PC running all the time (i.e. Server)
