Question : Problem: Hurricane 9000: firmware fail

When I try to access the modem using the QuickSetup CD, version 1.0.0.3 (2004), it says there is a problem with the firmware. I tried to login using 10.0.0.2, I cannot get in with
name: admin
pass: password
Please help.
