Question : Problem: full-duplex t1 Bandwidth

I have a T1. The carier tells me it is full-duplex. What should be the max simultaneous upload and download speed? Should I be able to simultaneously download at 1.5mbps and upload at 1.5mbps?

yup, if as I said before this is a real DS1.  You may want to check the speed and ensure that you are getting what they said they delivered.
