Question : Problem: Error of data cyclical Redundancy check with Nero

Hi there

Problem:
I tried 3 times already to copy a DVD file (virtual machine file) to my PC, and the at the end of this copy i received the following message: Error of data cyclical Redundancy

Parameters:
Virtual machine file compressed in RAR (1,35 Gbytes) to be copied
Windows XP Professional
Nero Express 6 (version 6.6.1.4 bundled) as DVD software writer
the DVD with trademark (PRINK) with capacity of 4,7 Gbytes at a maximum speed of 4x.

Extra notes:
I read that it probably it can be a velocity problem?? or i try to copy in minor parts to sucess the copy?

Answer : Problem: Error of data cyclical Redundancy check with Nero

This is usually a defect of the media. Try other brands, also burning at lower speeds can help.
