Question : Problem: Windows 2003 UPS not working

I hooked up an APC battery backup to one of my servers. When I went to test the UPS using APC's parachute utility, it shut down the server. I made sure that the server was plugged into the "Battery backup" sockets in the back of the UPS. I have 3 other servers that have the exact same APC model and i've never had a problem with them. I know the UPS is good because i pulled it off of another server.

Perhaps you have a cable that has gone south or a bad connection.
