Question : Problem: Video display adapter
My sister started saying her web pages / graphics looked awful and very fuzzy. I wanted to see what kind of video adapter/card she had. Under display adapters in hardware and also under display properties it lists: Intel R82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family. Is this normal? What happened to something like GeForce, Radeon, ATI, etc.... video card? It really does look pretty crappy. Computer is a DELL 4700 - Pentium 4, 2.8GHZ - 512MB DDR2 SDRAM @ 400MHz. Her monitor is a DELL 17" Digital Flat Panel (Dell monitors have never been my favorite for clarity, but this is pretty bad!) Thanks!

Yes, the Intel card in this case is onboard. That means that the card is built in the motherboard. You can disable it and use another one, if you want (to improve performance, for example) or need (to replace a damaged circuit). Then you can install a new board in one of your slots. Today, it will be an PCI Express or AGP slot.
But, check the monitor.
