Question : Problem: Making a drive restored with Ghost 14 bootable
Hey all,
&just purchased Ghost 14. I am finding my way around the new UIs, I am quite familiar with the older versions of Ghost.
Scenario:
* Installed G14 on C (OS WXP SP3 ) drive (120gb); created an image of the C drive along with the recovery CD. Image saved to another internal hard drive.
* Removed old C drive and installed new (250gb) unformatted drive
* Booted from the Recovery CD
* Ghost 14 found the image (recovery point).
* Initiated recovery process; image transferred; however, I was not presented with the option to make the drive bootable (where is that menu?).
* The image transferred to the new drive OK; but it is not bootable.
Thoughts as how to proceed? Thanks in advance!
