Question : Problem: Can not create new Outllok profile, error 0x80040154

Hi,
Running XP Pro SP2 and Office 2003.
All systems run the same version and all work fine, except for one system.
When I try to create a new Outlook profile (for the first time), I get an error message that says:
"unknown error occurred. error code 0x80040154"
I searched the web to find no hope to solve this problem else where. This is the only site that handled a problem with the same error code, yet of a different nature.  When I tried the solution of that problem, it did not work.
Now, it is apparent that this is an XP problem, since the mail icon in Control Panel is an XP component, not an Outlook one.  For some reason, I have a feeling that it is a dll that needs to be re-registered.
I hope someone out there could tell me what is causing this problem.

Try doing a "Detect and Repair" on Outlook. If that doesn't work, try
reinstalling Outlook - your problem is an installation problem.
