Question : Problem: Wireless Activation Issue

I'm trying to activate my first user wirelesly on our new blackberry professional software and I'm having an issue.  I've tried creating the user several time.  I even uninstalled the software a few times.  I can't seem to get this setup right.  The user is created and the password is ent to the users mailbox but not to the wireless device.  The problem is no pIN is entered anywhere I think.  How do I assocaite the device pin with a user wirelessly without having to have the device plugged in?  I can see from the stus scrren for users that thee is no PIN and IT policy processing errors withan invalid PIN.

Dont use the software, go into the settings on the device and use the enterprise activation.
