Question : Problem: Trouble installing Backup Exec 10d Web Console.

I'm trying to install the Web Console for Backup Exec 10d.  We're running on a Windows 2003 Standard server.  I've installed the additional components required for the console to run. (Remote Administration (HTML) & Remote Desktop Web Connection).  I can see that it's listening on ports 8099 and 8098.  When browsing to 8099 it tells me to browse to the secure site 8098.  When I browse to that it prompts me to enter credentials, but none of my creds work.  Any ideas?

Did you enter the username in domain\username format?
Alternatively, you could go into the IIS Manager console and change the properties of the "Administration" web site to enable "Integrated Windows authentication". Just to see if that makes a difference.
To me this seems to be an IIS permissions issue - nothing related to Backup Exec.
