Question : Problem: Cisco 1721 CSU/DSU logs

I have an issue with my provider where the circuit gets dropped every now and then and when they do the test the circuit comes back up and they test clean to the CSU/DSU. Is there a way to check on the actual router (Cisco 1721) if there is an issue with its CSU/DSU?

This is the sh int section for the serial interfaces. I see a lot of CRC, input errors and interface resets, what do those mean? Also, why are there two Serial interfaces, both CSU/DSU and one has a public address?

Serial0 is up, line protocol is up

Help much appreciated!

Answer : Problem: Cisco 1721 CSU/DSU logs

i think the answer is no :)
but try to issue the command sh service-module see if the output helps -- if the command is working in the first place. usually its just trial error, if the issue persists with a new router altogether then the problem is defeinitly with the telco and from my experience, dont ever trust a telco :)
