Question : Problem: Degraded RAID-5 Array??

I have a CERC SATA 6-port controller card with (3) 120GB SATA hard drives.  I have a logitcal disk setup as a RAID-5 array.  The RAID utility is telling me that I have a degraed array but all three disks appear to be fine and reporting no errors on their own.  Any idea on this one?

I had a similar problem with an array of SATA drives. The disks are OK, so is the controller. After changing the SATA cables the problem seems to have disappeared...
