Well I got her going. I removed the battery and the hard drive again and replaced both. I installed the jumper to CS that I had forgotten to do. This some how eliminated the PXE-E61 media error and after double checking the DVD restore disk apparently the boot sector on it was bad and it would not boot
from the disk. So I used a known good WINXP disk and everything is OK now. Thanks all for your assistance.
