Question : Problem: Blackberry wants to delete calendar entries in Outlook

We recently had a problem with Calendar entries in Outlook being deleted after a sync with Blackberry.

The Blackberry was set to "Keep Appointments for 60 days."  We changed this to "Forever" and thought that would solve the problem.

However, upon syncing this morning, the Blackberry again was telling us it wanted to delete anything over 60 day old on the calendar - i.e.  ALL items scheduled for the last few days in November.

Since the Blackberry was changed to "Forever" why is it trying to delete these.   Is there another setting that is required in addition to this?

The BlackBerry device will delete old calendar entries and old mail when it need the space. It will try to keep the calendar entries and old mail as long as you set in the options, but that is not a guarantee.

If the BlackBerry device automatically delete mail and/or calendar entries it will not delete this in Outlook, and you must set that Outlook wins.
