Question : Problem: BES Activation - Unable to find SRPId for user

Trying to activate a user through BB activation. Dont usually have any problems but the IT POLICY status is "Error". Resending the IT policy and the service books do nothing.
We have deleted the users BES account and re-created to no gain. The event logs show the following:

Stange, I can think of 1 last thing: Did you try to recreate the encryption key? Goto Settings/Options then open "Security Options". Now select "General Settings" and scroll to the last line: Desktop [number] (3DES) and click on the wheel. Select "Regenerate Encryption Key".
This you tried to reload your BB OS?
