Question : Problem: How to wipe the Cisco Aironet 350 series

We have a bunch of Cisco Aironet 350's that I need to wipe before we donate them. I'm trying to connect via microsoft hyper terminal using the following port settings:
Bits per second: 9600
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow control: Xon/Xoff
But the HyperTerminal page is blank. Any suggestions?
