Question : Problem: Cannot find S/PDIF Out Pin Assignments for Intel DX38BT

I am trying to connect he S/PDIF Out from the on board Audio on the DX38BT motherboard to the New HDMI Graphics card S/PDIF IN.  THere is a Cable supplied with the Graphics Card which has a Red and a Black cable.  Black is Ground and Red is labelled S/PDIF Out.  I cannot find where to connect them and it is driving me Nuts.
Please Help - Intel Support are of No Help and a full search of their site has provided nothing.
