Question : Problem: Backup Exec 10d cannot select mapped drive

I am trying to add a backup folder on backup exec 10d running on windows server 2003 standard when i select backup to disk folder i can select sharename \\abc\def and the local drives but when i make a map drive and try to connect it it doesnt pick it says cant find the specified path....
i have set the permission as well but still not working... any idea???
