Question : Problem: Dell Axim X51 connection problem...

Hi,
I have a dell d610 running xp sp2 w/ ActiveSync 4.1. Windows firewall enabled and trend micro anti-virus/firewall enabled.
This computer is on a domain running Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2003. (although the axim is set to sync to the local comp)

The problem:
When placing the Axim in the cradle to sync, it starts activesync and sometimes even syncs. But after a minute or so, activesync loses the connection and the axim states it has retained the connection or is still connected.
