Question : Problem: Citrix Disconnected Sessions

Hello Experts,
I have five servers in a farm.  I've been getting a lot of disconnected session and had to manually reset these connections from the admin console.  Is there a setting that can do this automatically.  Thanks

Answer : Problem: Citrix Disconnected Sessions

In CMC, bring up the Advanced Connection Settings dialog. On there, you have a variety of timeout settings. In the "Disconnection Timeout settings" area, uncheck "Inherit User Disconnection Timeout" and then set "Disconnection Timeout" to 5. That will leave a disconnected session around for 5 minutes; if the user reconnects within that 5 minutes, they will be reconnected to the same session (assuming their connection options allow that); if they don't reconnect to the session within 5 minutes, it will automatically be logged off.
