Question : Problem: citrix presentation server 401 error

i tried to install sharepoint services on my citrix server and now no one can log on via the web client.  getting error

"The Citrix MetaFrame servers cannot process your request at this time. The MetaFrame servers sent HTTP headers indicating that an error occurred. 401 Unauthorized"

i have uninstalled sharepoint and now i still get the error stated above.  i saw in one article about xml port, but I have checked and port is 80 for http and xml where else should I look?

if the xml port and IIS port are both set to 80 you have to change some settings so that they can share the port.  Here's a few things to look at:

Also, have you checked in IIS to make sure your default site did not get partially overwritten by sharepoint?  If so you can easily uninstall/reinstall Web Interface.  As long as you have all the settings documented it can be done in a matter of minutes.  this of course assumes you haven't made 3rd party customizations to the site.
