Question : Problem: unable to receive fax via modem

Banksia wave SP modem/quicklink message centre. fax is coming in as voice mail. i have enabled 'receive fax' , and can send fax, and receive phone calls. Q..what have i not set up correctly.? d/l new version, as old would not send fax! d/l seems o k.......please?
